What you’ll be doing:
Do you want to be part of a success story and play a key role in the retail revolution? Then join our team as Service Delivery Manager for Poland!
- You support our customers independently as a proactive solution partner after the implementation of our software.
- You are responsible for the scheduled fulfillment of the services and SLAs agreed with the customer.
- You monitor our Saas profitability and costs and are responsible for invoicing.
- You will conduct regular service review meetings with our customers and continuously improve our services.
- You are responsible for initiating quality improvement measures and for (major) incident management together with Support and our Technical Leads.
- You will also be responsible for monitoring service performance in terms of budget, quality and duration and reviewing service provision.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- You have a degree in (business) informatics, information technology or a comparable qualification.
- You have already gained three or more years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or a similar position.
- You have a good understanding of IT service management processes (e.g. based on ITIL such as IT change management).
- You have good knowledge of ITSM tools such as Jira.
- You have already gained experience in an interface function between business and IT.
- You work in a customer-oriented manner, build up relationships with our customers and continuously improve them.
- You have initiative and strong communication skills in polish and english.
- You are generally willing to travel (1-2x/month) for visits to our customers or the Warsaw office.
