RELEX is looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our LATAM marketing activities. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, with a primary focus on events, field activities, and campaigns. This role will provide you with the chance to develop your skills, learn from experienced marketing professionals, and contribute to our marketing initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Events
- Assist with event logistics and planning: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including venue coordination, vendor management, and scheduling.
- Email Communications: Create and manage email communications related to events, ensuring timely and effective outreach to our target audience.
- Landing Page creation: Collaborate with our marketing team to design and maintain landing pages for event registrations and promotions.
- Event Promotion Activities: Develop and execute promotional strategies to maximize event attendance, including social media campaigns, content creation, and outreach efforts.
- Onsite registration and event support: Provide on-site support during events, including attendee registration, material distribution, and addressing attendee inquiries.
- Merchandising Items: Make sure there is always enough merchandising items as well as brochures available for trade shows & events
- Field Activities:
- Assist with Marketing Campaigns: Contribute to the localization and distribution of marketing campaigns, including content translations and lists management.
- Market Research for events, local organizations, relevant media publications: Conduct research to identify local organizations and media publications for potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Monitor competitor marketing activities: Keep track of competitor marketing strategies, promotions, and market trends, and provide insights to the marketing team.
- Local translation of content where required or relevant: Assist in translating marketing content to the local language or adapting it to the local market, ensuring cultural relevance.
- Local marketing platforms: website maintenance, local language social media content creation.
- Contact validation and database cleaning. Assist in verifying data, updating contact details, titles and functions.
- Campaigns:
- Assist with identifying local campaign opportunities in regional media outlets: Research and identify opportunities for marketing campaigns in regional media outlets and platforms.
- Work with Regional Managers to develop Global Campaigns to the local market: Collaborate with Regional Managers to adapt and localize global marketing campaigns to effectively reach the local target audience.
- Campaign and Event Reporting: Create monthly campaign & event reports on marketing activities for monthly sales marketing meetings
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus. HubSpot and Asana preferred.
- Enthusiasm for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work around normal business hours for events
