We are looking for full-time Business Analysts to join our Presales Analytics Space & Assortment team. In this role you will use your analytical skills and business sense to derive meaningful insights from client data, supporting the sales of Relex Space and Assortment solutions. With this you will build and support business cases for some of the biggest retail companies in the world.

Relex Space and Assortment planning solutions enable our customers to capture and leverage the unique behavior patterns of every product in every store, ensuring that every square meter is utilized to its full potential. As a member of our team, you will work with these solutions, providing in-depth analysis of their capabilities, developing impactful solution demonstrations, and communicating the business benefits to our prospective customers.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Preparing and analyzing client data to identify areas for improvement
- Creating demo scenarios for Relex Space and Assortment Solutions
- Supporting sales efforts by responding to client Requests for Proposals/Information (RFP/RFI)
- Designing and developing analytical protocols and methodologies
- Configuring solution environments
The ideal candidate:

- You have a sense for business and strong communications skills which allow you to translate your findings into clear and compelling business cases
- You enjoy taking ownership of your work and are comfortable executing projects independently
- You comfortably collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all organizational levels
- You thrive in a dynamic environment that requires you to take control while remaining adaptable
- Rather than years of experience, we’re looking for someone with a great can-do attitude, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow.
What Will Make Your Application Stand Out:
We don’t expect you to be an expert from day one, we’re here to support your growth in this role. However, the following experience will be highly valued:
- Previous experience in presales and/or sales activities
- Hands-on experience with real-world analytical projects
- Familiarity with modern data processing and analytics tools such as R, Python, or Power Query
- Experience with technical tools and systems (e.g., Git, cloud computing platforms) is a plus, as it helps in understanding our platform’s infrastructure—though deep technical expertise is not required
- Knowledge of retail, space planning, and/or category management
