What you’ll be doing:

Would you like to be part of a success story and play a key role in the retail revolution? Then join our team as a Presales Consultant (m/f/*) CPG in the area of supply chain and category management! You will work closely with Account Executives (m/f/*) and Account Managers (m/f/*) to close new business and maximize business value with both new and existing RELEX customers in a challenging and fast-paced environment. 

  • You will support new customer acquisition by ensuring potential customers understand the business benefits of working with RELEX and building confidence in RELEX software and the team’s ability to deliver
  • Conducting workshops to understand the client’s strategic goals and current challenges
  • Convince customers by presenting the business case using real customer data
  • Help the customer understand how RELEX can deliver business value by applying best practices and presenting customer case studies
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the quality of formal responses to RFIs, RFPs, etc.

You will learn everything about our software during your induction.

What we are looking for:

  • You have a customer-centric view and a genuine interest in helping our customers improve their businesses.
  • You are curious and eager to learn in order to improve both our customers’ businesses and our sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You work autonomously and independently with a can-do attitude.
  • You are always attentive to the needs of our customers and know how to use your communication in a targeted manner.
  • You know how to inspire customers and maintain a positive attitude even in difficult situations.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of processes in the retail and wholesale or CPG/FMCG industry.
  • You have knowledge of or experience with software in the areas of supply chain planning, assortment and space planning, pricing or workforce optimization, which can be an advantage.
  • You have an analytical mindset and are passionate about solving retailers’ individual business challenges.
  • You speak fluent German and English.
