Are you ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing tech environment? We’re seeking a passionate Lead Software Engineer to drive the development of our customer Configuration Management Tool (CMT) that will be built in-house to address our specific needs.

About the Role

The CMT is a new product that emerged from a dedicated task force in autumn 2024. It includes:

• A robust Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• A centralized Admin UI for managing customer configurations
• The CMT API that enables seamless integration for sharing customer configuration data to other services

As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll work at the crossroads of technology, product management, customer operations, and support. You’ll collaborate with diverse development teams to build scalable solutions that deliver exceptional value to both systems and people.

Your Impact

• Technical Leadership: Guide the team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with best practices and scalable solutions.
• Ownership of Technical Decisions: Drive the architecture and decision-making process.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Gain deep insights into customer requirements and translate them into reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

What you need to be successful in this role

• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or a highly skilled Senior Engineer ready to step up
• Strong track record in leading technical decisions and mentoring teams
• Extensive experience in full-stack development, ideally including:
  • Graph databases
  • .NET, C#, and minimal API architecture
  • RESTful API development, documentation, and testing
  • React and TypeScript with a focus on responsive web design
  • Front-end graph visualization libraries (e.g., Cytoscape.js, D3.js)
  • SQL or NoSQL databases
  • Cloud-based deployment and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
