Product Architect — Data & Reporting (Helsinki / Stoke-on-Trent / Lisbon)
We’re seeking an experienced Product Architect to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our data and reporting infrastructure in the Space and Assortment product area. This role combines technical expertise with product thinking to create scalable solutions that drive business value through data.
As Product Architect, you’ll serve as the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders, maintaining clear, actionable backlogs while ensuring our data solutions align with customer needs and business objectives. You’ll work closely with Engineering Directors, Product Managers, and development teams to translate strategic initiatives into manageable work items.
What you’ll be doing
Design and architect end-to-end data solutions that enable powerful insights
- Maintain a clear, understandable product backlog that provides sufficient context for development teams
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Directors, and VPs on roadmap planning and execution
- Lead the technical vision for our data solutions, including data models and reporting frameworks
- Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve our data infrastructure
- Work with a central data platform team to drive data governance initiatives and establish quality standards
- Bridge the gap between technical implementation and business requirements
What you’ll bring to the table
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or related technical roles, with a proven track record of designing scalable data solutions for enterprise applications
- Deep understanding of data modelling, warehouse design, and data integration processes
- Strong experience with modern data stack technologies (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Dagster)
- Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker)
- Excellence in SQL and at least one programming language
- Strategic thinking and ability to create long-term technical roadmaps
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
