We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our People Operations team in Finland. This new role will focus on co-creating the People strategy for Product and Technology, with an emphasis on talent management, leadership development, and organizational planning. You will work closely with the Product & Technology leadership team, helping to shape the direction of the business while ensuring that People processes align with the organization’s goals.
As this is a new role in a high-growth environment with evolving processes, you will be establishing structures and ways of working from the ground up. The setting is fast-paced and continuously developing, requiring adaptability and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. This position is well suited for someone who thrives in an environment where processes are still taking shape: able to balance strategic planning with execution while bringing clarity and focus where it’s needed most.
Join us as People Business Partner, and this is some of what you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a strategic partner to Product & Technology leadership, ensuring People initiatives support business goals and drive impact
- Co-creating and executing the People strategy for Product & Technology, with a strong focus on talent management, leadership development, and organizational planning
- Working closely with Talent Acquisition to identify and address talent gaps, build strong pipelines, and ensure the right people are in the right roles
- Driving leadership development by designing and implementing targeted training programs in collaboration with the Learning & Leadership Development team
- Leading employee engagement initiatives, analyzing feedback, and turning insights into meaningful action plans
- Supporting change management efforts, whether structural, process-related, or cultural, by providing strategic guidance, communication support, and practical solutions
- Leveraging People analytics to track trends, measure the effectiveness of People initiatives, and drive data-backed decisions
- Acting as the key link between Product & Technology leadership and the broader People team, ensuring smooth execution of People processes while maintaining a pragmatic and business-first approach
We’re looking for:
- A strong HR business partner with experience supporting fast-paced, technology-driven organizations
- Proven experience in strategic HR, talent management, and leadership development
- A strong track record of implementing and scaling people programs that directly support business growth and leadership effectiveness
- Deep understanding of organizational planning, change management, and how to drive engagement in a high-growth environment
- A collaborative and pragmatic mindset, someone who can navigate between strategic initiatives and hands-on execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence leaders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills, using data to guide decision-making and measure impact
- Someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and ready to build strong, trust-based relationships across teams
