To support RELEX’s rapid growth and commitment to commercial excellence, we are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager. This role is central to our sales strategy, driving business impact through data-driven insights, process optimization, and collaboration with key decision-makers. The successful candidate will focus on optimizing sales performance by designing effective sales compensation structures, aligning territories and quotas with business goals, and providing actionable analysis to guide strategic decision-making. 

This is a full-time role that can work remotely from the United Kingdom.
