The RELEX Thailand team is growing. We are now looking for a highly experienced full-time English and Thai bilingual Service Delivery Manager to join our RELEX family in APAC. You’ll be responsible of selected services in the Southeast Asia region. Together with the team you’ll ensure that we deliver outstanding service to our customers. You will help the team achieve this goal by constantly improving and sharing your knowledge how to operate world-class cloud services.
What you’ll be doing:
- You are directly responsible for delivery of selected services toward a set of customers
- Driving customer Service meetings and follow up on SLA’s
- Driving customer value through Value development projects
- You will develop and maintain RELEX-wide service delivery processes
- Monthly invoicing
- Driving customer satisfaction through customer engagement and business understanding
- Financial responsibility for your profitability of you accounts
What you’ll bring to the table:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a customer facing Service management position in the tech industry
- Strong experience on ITIL based Service management and process development including incident management, change management, business continuity management
- Proven capabilities to deliver measurable value in high-speed environments
- Excellent coordination skills
- Strong will to learn how our products operate and deliver world-class service
