At RELEX Price & Promotion, we are transforming how retailers and grocery businesses optimize pricing and promotions through deep customer insights and strategic decision-making. We are looking for a visionary Senior Strategy Consultant to drive the creation of our Price and Promotion Insights Module—a product designed to drive revenue growth and provide actionable pricing strategies for our clients. As you gain deeper insights into customer challenges, this role could evolve into a leadership role, guiding the future development of our pricing and promotion solutions.  
 
 
Join us as Senior Strategy Consultant, and this is some of your responsibilities: 

  • Client Discovery & Consulting:
    • Conduct workshops with clients to discover their pricing challenges and opportunities. 
    • Deliver data-driven value propositions and strategic recommendations based on AI insights (e.g., customer behavior, substitution patterns and price image). 
    • Present findings and solutions to senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.   
  • Strategic Insights and Market Analysis
    • Leverage methodologies from top-tier strategy consulting firms to deliver value in customer engagements (e.g. customer journeys, price/pack architectures, consumer behavior, price image and market share analyses) 
    • Provide recommendations and analyses on different pricing strategies and adjustments that align with customer objectives 
    • Translate data insights into clear strategic recommendations   
  • Product Development:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic insights are incorporated into product development. 
    • Feedback the product team on features and recommendations that enhance the Price and Promo Insights solution based on real-world client needs.  
  • Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Develop compelling business cases and sales materials that highlight the product’s strategic value to potential clients. 
    • Support marketing and sales teams in positioning the product effectively within the market.  

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in strategic consulting, particularly within retail or pricing strategy, with a focus on delivering high-impact business insights.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, elasticity, and AI-driven insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with strategic frameworks and methodologies used by top tier consulting firms.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate client needs into actionable strategies and features.
