 We ae now looking for a full-time Technical Service Analyst to join our RELEX family in Helsinki, Finland in our Global Continuous Services function. You will be part of an innovative team of Technical Service Analysts and Consultants, who will help you succeed in your new role.   

As a Technical Service Analyst, you’ll become the go-to expert for RELEX systems, playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration and smooth operation of our services. Your days will be filled with managing technical tasks, from the installation, configuration, and integration of RELEX applications in cloud infrastructure to troubleshooting complex technical issues that keep our systems at their best. 

In this role, you’ll be a key player in RELEX implementation projects, including high-profile Tier-1 customer projects. You’ll tackle escalations from the 1st line support team, investigating and resolving complex technical and performance issues. With a focus on precision, you’ll design and build robust integrations between RELEX and our customer backend systems, handling the import, transformation, and export of large data sets with ease. 

Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with internal and external project teams, communicating effectively to ensure every project is a success. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead technical specification workshops, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. 

Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll contribute to our culture of continuous improvement, drive service phase enhancements within and across teams, and always have the goal of delighting our customers.  

What you’ll bring to the table:   

  • Education and/or working experience in Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computing Science
  • Experience in programming/database/query languages & tool skills (e.g., SQL Server, SSIS, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript,  or similar languages & tools skills)
  • Experience in Windows Server environments
  • Technical Troubleshooting experience
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and teamworking capabilities
  • Experience of working with external customers
  • Experience in understanding, defining, and documenting customer requirements and then translating those into technical solutions
  • Fluent communication skills in English
