We are now looking for a full-time Technical Service Analyst to join our RELEX family! In this role, you’ll have the chance to contribute your skills and expertise to the team, making a real impact on our ongoing success. We are seeking individuals with a passion for technical troubleshooting, SQL (or other programming languages), and providing value to customers.

Join us as a Service Analyst, and this is some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Investigate issues in the applications and hosted windows server infrastructure. 
  • Handle escalations from the 1st line support team 
  • Maintain integrations between RELEX and customer backend systems  
  • Work closely and communicate with relevant internal & external stakeholders 
  • Improve service phase work within and across the teams  

We’re looking for: 

  • Some experience in programming/database/query languages & tool skills (SQL Server, SSIS, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages & tools skills) – you will need to be able to read and understand the code but will not be coding yourself
  • Technical Troubleshooting experience
  • Experience in understanding, defining, and documenting customer requirements and then translating those into technical solutions
  • Experience in Windows Server environments
  • Experience of working with external customers
  • Understanding of how Support Services function
  • Fluent English skills

What we consider as an advantage: 

  • Proven track record of successful client work and implementations
  • Knowledge of application monitoring and distributed systems 
  • Experience in either supply chain management and/or business analytics 
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
