Join us as a Junior Site Reliability Engineer in Finland. You’ll join our global continuous services team which provides technical expertise, succeeding in your role by ensuring service levels are met for a portfolio of customers. The role requires planning and executing development work, contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build integrations between RELEX and customer backend systems
- Plan and improve performance & reliability of services
- Introducing new best practices to Software development teams
- Plan and execute development work in customer environments
- Manage technical workstreams
- Investigate technical issues for our customers
- Handle escalations from the 1st line support team (24/7)
- Improve service phase work within and across the teams
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or some experience working in the field of Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computing Science
- Strong analytical or problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork capabilities
- Basic Programming knowledge (Java, Ruby are ideal) – you will need to understand the code but not code yourself
- Understanding of Support services and basic knowledge of databases
- Basic knowledge of databases
- Basics of Linux and Unix
- Knowledge of Git
