As a Programme Director, you will own a portfolio of projects and customers, overseeing the successful implementations of RELEX solutions, ensuring strategic alignment between customer objectives, project KPIs, and financial control. You will drive seamless transitions from sales to implementation, safeguard delivery success, and maximize customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation Strategy
- Define and execute project and account strategies that maximize adoption and value realization.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers to accelerate time-to-value and long-term success.
- Ensure implementation plans are realistic, achievable, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, delivery teams, and partners for smooth transitions, including facilitating cross-functional collaboration with vertical delivery functions and product development.
- Lead Steering Group Meetings, ensuring a strong governance model is in place including clear stakeholder communication.
- Risk Mitigation & Delivery Excellence
- Identify and mitigate risks early, ensuring proper safeguards in Statements of Work (SoW) and the methodology and governance enforced in the delivery.
- Manage project escalations proactively, both internally and with clients.
- Balance KPIs, financials, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Team Mentoring & Coaching
- Provide coaching and mentoring, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Support the professional growth of project team members.
- Continuous Improvement & Growth
- Identify opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support the pre-sales phase, offering insights into project planning and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional solutions.
- Deep Product Expertise
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the RELEX software to provide expert guidance and best practices, and continuously expand your knowledge as the product develop.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in retail and software implementations, with a strong track record of delivering complex IT transformation programs.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, steering committees, and governance models, ensuring alignment at all levels.
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and category management systems from both a business and IT perspective.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence decision-making at middle-management and C-level.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Experience in change management and up-/cross-selling software solutions is beneficial.
