To support the rapid growth of our global sales organization, we are now looking for a tech-savvy Sales Operations Analyst. This role focuses on managing day-to-day sales support activities while contributing to larger initiatives that enhance sales processes, systems, and data management.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate with some work experience. While we don’t expect you to know everything from the start, we value a proactive approach, a willingness to learn by doing, and a drive to get things done.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support: Act as a go-to resource for the sales team, providing guidance on processes and tools while managing the Sales Operations support queue.
- Systems: Serve as a super user for sales tools—managing access, driving adoption, optimizing processes, and documenting best practices.
- Data Governance: Ensure CRM data quality by executing data administration tasks in Salesforce.
- Enablement: Assist in sales enablement initiatives, including onboarding new sales employees.
- Documentation: Generate, maintain, and organize sales support & training materials.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline sales operations.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business, Tech, Communication, Economics or similar).
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience (experience from a SaaS business is a plus).
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluency in English is required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
What we consider as an advantage:
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Previous experience in Sales, Marketing or Operations roles.
