Join RELEX Finance team as a Summer Trainee – Accounts Payable, Helsinki, Finland
We are now looking for a Summer trainee to support with Accounts Payable tasks in our Accounting Team. The position is fixed term for 3-4 months, starting date would be in May 2025.
What you’ll be doing:
The Accounts Payable Trainee will support the team during the holiday period. The key responsibilities are:
- Processing of supplier invoices and setting up the correct accounts and reporting dimensions
- Ensuring correct tax and VAT treatment of supplier invoices
- Handling AP related queries
- Overseeing the invoice approval workflow
- Assisting with other accounting or finance related tasks
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Relevant studies in e.g. accounting, finance, business. You can be a student or a recent graduate.
- Basic understanding of accounting and VAT rules
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work under tight deadlines timely and precisely
- Independent and proactive work-attitude
- Good office IT skills
- Experience in financial administration or accounts payable is considered an advantage.
