Olvi Group, leading Finnish beverage company, has selected RELEX Solutions, provider of unified supply chain and retail planning solutions, to unify demand and promotions planning across key markets including Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Denmark. RELEX partner Elvenite, a Swedish consultancy firm recognized for its expertise in digital transformation, with strong experience in the food industry, will support this deployment.

Olvi Group annually produces a billion liters of beverages in various product groups: including beers, soft drinks, mineral and vitamin waters, long drinks, sports, wellness and energy drinks, ciders and juices. They operate in six different countries, and with headquarters located in Iisalmi. The Group employs over 2,400 beverage professionals, who focus on providing moments of enjoyment to consumers through high-quality products.
To address fragmented planning processes, Olvi will leverage RELEX’s AI-driven demand planning, demand sensing, and promotions planning capabilities. Currently, each market relies on separate planning methods, leading to inefficiencies and limited visibility. By consolidating demand forecasting and promotional management into a single platform, Olvi aims to streamline planning, improve net revenue management, and enable more accurate forecasting to support supply chain and production planning.
In the food and beverage industry, unified supply chain and production planning are critical. With RELEX, Olvi will be able to incorporate external data such as POS insights and events to refine forecasts and improve responsiveness. This will help them navigate seasonal trends, fluctuating demand, and promotional impacts while ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
