One Stop Unifies Their Supply Chain Planning and Space & Assortment with RELEX
Mar 28, 2019 • 2 minOne Stop Stores, a leading UK convenience store retailer, announced it will implement RELEX Solutions’ cloud based supply chain planning solution across its 900 stores and 3 distribution centres.
A RELEX customer for over 10 years, One Stop has previously implemented RELEX’s space and assortment solutions. One Stop is looking to amplify its customer-centric strategy by also implementing RELEX’s supply chain planning solution. One Stop needed a scalable system that could provide end-to-end supply chain transparency, reduce waste, increase availability and maximize ROI.
Integrating its existing space planning solutions with RELEX’s forecasting and replenishment solutions will provide One Stop with the tools they need to unlock the next level of unified retail planning. Over the years, One Stop has experienced and continues to experience exponential growth and today operates a diverse store network consisting of wholly owned and franchise stores. Teamed with consumers shifting towards convenience-based shopping meant that One Stop’s existing supply chain system could not satisfy or scale to meet their growing needs.
Putting the customer at the heart of its strategy, One Stop will leverage RELEX across its store and DC network with fully integrated, end-to-end demand forecasting and replenishment capabilities, which will include RELEX’s machine learning with weather-based forecasting for maximized forecasting accuracy.
