Mar 2, 2021 2 min

RELEX Solutions, a multinational provider of unified retail optimization solutions, strengthens its presence in Italy with the opening of a new office at Energy Park, a technology center located near downtown Milan. With this new office, which is being opened in response to the growing demand in the Italian market, RELEX will increase their geographical coverage and further improve customer service.

In the five years since RELEX first expanded into Italy, the provider has taken a leading role in the country, earning the trust of major brands such as Eurospin, Migross, EcorNaturaSì, Leroy Merlin Italy, and Mediamarkt. The decision to open a new office in Italy at this time, particularly in light of the economic crisis triggered by the pandemic, is a testament to the rapid international success of the RELEX Living Retail Platform in the country.

“RELEX’s strong international presence is the result of several factors, including our innovative platform for the optimization of retail processes, our ability to grant customers a quick and safe return on their investment, and our record of successful collaboration with clients around the world,” says Alex Centimerio, Sales Manager EMEA South at RELEX Solutions, “We look forward to increasing our ability to  deliver superior customer service as we expand further into Italy.”

With the addition of the new office, RELEX is increasing the space available to its Italian team while also opening opportunities to grow its expert staff in the near future. “RELEX prioritizes attracting the best talent, regardless of where they live,” explains Jarno Martikainen, RELEX Italy Country Director. “Our new Milan office, combined with our flexible Nordic work culture, will support this strategy. At RELEX, our goal is to guarantee a high level of well-being for our employees and to ensure that we provide a positive working environment for all.”
