Rusta, a Swedish retailer of home goods and recreational products, will partner with RELEX Solutions, provider of unified retail planning solutions, to integrate and automate their supply chain. The RELEX solution will service Rusta’s 170+ stores as well as their e-commerce channel and distribution center throughout Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Germany, driving increased service levels and optimized stock levels in their supply chain network.
Prior to choosing RELEX, Rusta managed most of their supply chain planning in their ERP-system and Excel, where many of the processes were managed manually. The retailer chose RELEX to optimize these processes, as well as to establish best practices for supply chain planning, challenging current routines within both system and process setup.
