Samkaup, a leading grocery retailer in Iceland, will partner with RELEX Solutions, provider of unified retail planning solutions, to automate and unify its space and assortment planning. RELEX will service Samkaup’s 60 stores across Iceland to improve availability through centralized control of assortment and space planning. This partnership represents RELEX’s first customer in Iceland.
Samkaup operates a range of store types, including low price, neighborhood, and convenience stores, under multiple different brands. The company turned to RELEX to modernize, automate, and centralize its space planning processes. Through this partnership, Samkaup aims to improve sales, margins, and stock control.
