Stokke, a Norwegian manufacturer and distributor of high-quality, best-in-class children’s products, equipment, and accessories, has expanded their partnership with RELEX Solutions, provider of unified supply chain planning solutions. Since 2020, RELEX has provided demand and supply planning for Stokke’s 7 warehouses worldwide, supporting more than 3,000 SKUs. Stokke will now implement RELEX’s sales and operations planning (S&OP) solution to drive improved medium- and long-term planning, increase visibility across departments, and help define a single cross-functional business plan.
Stokke had been handling their S&OP manually and sought a tool that could support their end-to-end processes, reduce time spent on manual data analysis, and provide improved decision-making through scenario modeling for different parts of the organization. RELEX’s S&OP solution will replace disconnected planning processes and manual work with automated forecasts that can be used across the entire supply chain. This will provide Stokke with end-to-end visibility, from customer demand and inventory planning to purchase and production planning, helping to connect their supply chain plans to their finance and commercial plans.
“We have already seen great results from RELEX’s demand and supply planning solution, and we are excited to implement their S&OP solution to significantly improve visibility across our entire organization,” says Hendrik Eberle, S&OP Manager at Stokke. “By expanding our relationship with RELEX, we can further streamline our processes, reduce our teams’ manual work, and make better data-based decisions.”
“We are very excited to strengthen our partnership with Stokke by delivering an end-to-end S&OP solution and bringing more value to their business,” says Michael Gylling, Product Director CPG at RELEX Solutions. “It’s impressive to see how Stokke has worked proactively with RELEX’s demand and supply planning solution to improve their processes. We look forward to seeing strong results as we continue to support Stokke’s strategic business goals.”
