Tokmanni Group Optimizes Their Supply Chain with RELEX Solutions

Tokmanni Group, one of the leading variety discount retailers in the Nordics, is going to optimize their supply chain with RELEX Solutions, a provider of unified supply chain and retail planning solutions. Tokmanni Group will deploy the RELEX forecasting and replenishment solution across their distribution centers (DCs) and stores in the Nordics, the implementation beginning with the Tokmanni stores in Finland.
Tokmanni Group operates three DCs and over 370 stores across Finland, Sweden, and Denmark, offering a diverse range of products to its customers. The Group’s network includes Tokmanni, Click Shoes, Shoe House, Miny, Dollarstore, and Big Dollar stores, and two online stores. With a focus on providing affordable prices and high-quality merchandise, Tokmanni has established itself as a trusted destination for everyday essentials and special occasion items. The Group’s revenue in 2023 was nearly 1.4 billion euros and the company, headquartered in Finland, is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.
The retailer has been growing at a steady pace, and they wanted to ensure their supply chain operations are able to support the growth. Tokmanni Group set out to find a scalable solution that would deliver higher automation levels, improved availability, and optimized stock levels. In particular, the Group was looking to replace their legacy system with a modern AI-driven supply chain planning and optimization solution, and to find a provider for the long-term.
