Terms and Privacy – Rebot

1. Terms and conditions

Rebot is an ancillary service provided by RELEX and intended solely for general informational purposes. While we strive to provide accurate information, please note the following: 

• Informational Purposes: Responses generated by Rebot are for informational purposes only and not professional advice. Rebot is not a substitute for professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for specific guidance. 
• Limitations of Usage: Rebot may be used only for the purpose of assisting you with RELEX products and services. Please do not use it for other purposes. 
• Limitations of Accuracy: Rebot may occasionally produce inaccurate or outdated responses. Users should independently verify the information provided and consult reliable sources. 
• Confidentiality: Responses generated by Rebot include confidential information of RELEX. You agree to keep the responses confidential. 
• Limitation of Liability: We continuously work to enhance Rebot’s accuracy, but errors may occur. We assume no liability for errors or damages arising from the use of Rebot. 

Service levels: Service level targets that have been agreed between RELEX and the customer do not apply to ancillary services like Rebot. 

2. Privacy notice

This privacy notice explains the data processing that occurs when you use Rebot. 

Rebot utilizes large language models developed by OpenAI, provided by Azure OpenAI Service hosted by Microsoft. OpenAI does not process your data. 

Your conversations with Rebot are private and secure. Specifically, they are: 

• Not saved by RELEX 
• Not seen by RELEX or any other company 
• Not used for training AI models 

There is one exception: 

Your Feedback to RELEX

If you click the thumbs-up or thumbs-down to send anonymous feedback to RELEX, the system saves your conversation with Rebot, the documents and tools Rebot used to provide the answer, and your optional feedback comments. 

RELEX treats your feedback as Confidential information and only authorized individuals are allowed to access it on a strictly need-to-know basis.  However, please avoid sending feedback about conversations containing sensitive personal data or on other topics you wish to keep completely secret from RELEX.
